Henlyn Construction's property maintenance division was established at the end of 2005. Currently it services 5 different real estate/strata companies in the area. These companies manage properties within the local area and further out in areas such as Rockingham and Forrestfield. Henlyn's property maintenance division, like the rest of the company endeavours to deliver a high standard of workmanship as well as a professional yet friendly manner to our clients, customers and tenants alike. Our property maintenance division has all aligned trades to meet all our customer's needs. Some of the tasks we are asked to perform are from simply changing a tap washer to repairing a damaged ceiling to cleaning gutter to complete house and garden refurbishments. At the same time we strive to offer preventative maintenance to ensure all current and potential problems are solved.
