Henlyn Homes was established in September of 2005, specialising in spec homes and Cost Plus contract work. Due to the booming property market in Western Australia, the demand for housing has increased dramatically but because of the shortage of large blocks of land, Henlyn Homes focus has shifted to space effective housing utilising the entire available area. Currently under construction is a 3 bedroom loft/balcony style home located in Bayswater. Henlyn Homes hopes to take over from the additions/renovations by offering high quality, affordable living while continuing to provide a high standard of workmanship as well as a professional yet friendly manner.

This home was built on the rear property of a subdivided block, this house mixes modern style whilst also fitting in with the heritage stylings of the neighbourhood. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and city views from the second storey, this property is another example of how Henlyn Homes utilises space effective housing to maximise the available area, for example using open balustrading upstairs this helped created an open plan living environment.
